Commitment to Green Policies
As a company doing business in California, TDA Group is deeply committed to participating in the state’s energy conservation and recycling programs. In 2015, we moved our offices to a LEED EBOM (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design, Existing Building: Operations and Maintenance) Gold–certified building, where we participate in a zero-waste recycling program. LEED-certified buildings save money and resources and have a positive impact on the health of occupants while promoting clean, renewable energy.
Our offices are also located near mass transit, and we provide employees with many options to conserve, recycle, and reduce their carbon footprint. Additionally, environmental best practices at work are clearly defined in our employee handbook.
Ongoing green efforts are an important part of our mission, and this commitment extends to our supplier network. Key TDA Group vendors follow similar stringent environmental principles. Our president sits on the board of Joint Venture: Silicon Valley, and TDA Group provides pro bono marketing services for this community organization, which focuses on sustainable programs for the Silicon Valley region. Should TDA Group be in the position of receiving a regulatory fine or penalty, we will publicly disclose this information.
